How to make Cake Pops.......

Magic Ingredients:
225g of caster sugar
225g of self raising flour (sifted)
225g of butter
3 large eggs
Buttercream
140g softened butter
280g Icing Sugar
1/2 teaspoon of milk
Toppings
Whatever you like!

You will also need some cake pop sticks.....

Making time 40 Minutes (1hr 50min including cooling time)
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Whisk the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
3. Add the beaten eggs a little at a time
4. Fold in the flour
(Or you could just put all the ingredients straight into a food processor)
5. Add the mixture into cupcake cases and bake for 15-20 Minutes or until golden and leave to cool
6. When the sponge has cooled crumble  into a bowl
7. Mix  the butter with the icing sugar and add the milk
8. Now add the buttercream to the sponge mixture a little at a time
9. You should end up with a mixture you can form into balls
10. Place these small balls in the fridge for at least 1hr
11. Take your cake pop sticks, dip one end in chocolate and the insert into the sponge mixture
12. You are now ready to start decorating with whatever toppings you like................
